Dr. Mohan Chandra is a Solid State Physicist with over 29 years experience in Material Science and other interdisciplinary fields. He holds a PhD in Solid State Electronics (Semiconductor Physics), a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Physics (specializing in Electronics). He has over 30 publications in journals, and holds 18 patents in the areas of semiconductor crystal growth and related techniques, crucible coating, free standing silicon body shaping, silicon CVD processes including polysilicon technology, ingot resistivity measuring equipment and supercritical carbon dioxide cleaning. He also has experience in Semiconductor Material Crystal Growth and Characterization, Behavior of Semiconductors at low temperatures, Solar Cell Manufacturing Technology, Trace level impurity detection, Ultra High Vacuum technology, and many of the background technologies associated with these areas.
